This lovely trio of pelvic floor exercises are super soft to the touch and made from pure, body-safe silicone.
Doing a kegel exercise routine every week will help keep your pelvic floor muscles in great condition, leading to better continence, increased lubrication, stronger orgasms and sometimes, a greater sex drive.
Start with the single light weight ball and while it's inside you, busy yourself with housework/yoga/exercise and feel the weight engaging both your voluntary and involuntary muscles. When you can regularly hold it on for long periods (up to an hour or so), move to the next weight and incorporate that into your weekly routine. Lastly, move on up to the smaller heavier ball.
The string is all silicone and super strong and stretchy to help you pull the ball out with ease. I love that they each have a loop on the end because I like to hang them from my shower caddy so I remember to insert them in the morning while I'm busy getting ready for work.
Use some lubrication if you need but not too much or they'll fall out. Just remember to take them out before you head off for your morning meeting!
