Slow down, tune in, and discover the art of touch.
In this two-hour workshop, we’ll explore the foundations of sensual massage as a powerful way to build intimacy, trust, and connection. You’ll learn how to give and receive nurturing, erotic touch in a non-genital, full-body context – focusing on areas like the back, neck, shoulders, and legs.
We’ll talk about different types of touch, pressure, and intention, and you’ll be introduced to basic massage strokes, erogenous zones, and how to communicate boundaries and desires, so that giving and receiving can become more conscious, confident, and pleasurable.
This class is part theory, part practice. You’re welcome to attend solo, with a partner, or with a friend you’re comfortable working with. There will be opportunities to observe, practise, and feel supported in choosing your own level of participation.
Sensual Flow is for anyone curious about bringing more intention and pleasure into touch – no experience necessary, just an open mind and a willingness to slow down.
ABOUT ELISA
Elisa is a relationship counsellor and sex educator. She worked as a professional dominatrix for eight years in both Italy and Australia. Originally from Rome, Elisa co-founded the polyamory community there in 2012 and was actively involved in the local kink scene before relocating to Sydney in 2015. Since then, she has expanded her work into tantra, body awareness, and holistic sexuality practices.
In February 2018, Elisa founded Intimate Horizons, an organisation offering workshops on alternative sexuality, body awareness, and personal growth. Since then, she has been teaching throughout Australia—mainly in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane—as well as internationally in the US (San Francisco and Las Vegas) and Europe (Berlin, Wien, and Rome).
Her passion for shibari led her to join the Peer Rope Melbourne community in 2021, and she took over leadership of the school in 2023, a shibari school with more than 100 classes every year. Elisa is currently studying psychology intending to gain formal qualifications to teach, in the future, consent, boundary setting, and sexuality education to young adults.
