Problems Answered QUESTION
Help! I can't open the battery compartment of
my Violet Vixen. You put the batteries in for me at the shop but I
haven't been able to change them since! I'll give this violet delight 4
out of 5 stars though. I absolutely love it! Lesley, Box Hill ANSWER You're not the only one to have this curly problem Lesley. The Fun Factory vibes, although gorgeous, are a bit tricky to open. You need to press down hard with your thumb and your forefinger on either side of the vibe where the indentations are near the bottom of the vibrator. At the same time, pull the battery compartment down and off. It's a bit like opening a child proof lid. If you've ever had to open the panadol in the middle of the night you'll know how bloody hard this can be!
